By purchasing a subscription through Deiptv, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Our service provides access to digital media streams, live broadcasts, and VOD entertainment solely for personal, non-commercial home use.

2. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We are committed to delivering the highest caliber IPTV experience. If you experience technical connectivity issues that cannot be resolved by our technical support team within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. 3. DEVICE CONNECTIONS & MULTI-SCREEN POLICY

Standard subscriptions (1, 3, and 6 months) authorize one (1) simultaneous stream at any given time. Our 12-Month VIP plan includes two (2) simultaneous connections. Exceeding your permitted concurrent streams may trigger an automated temporary IP freeze to safeguard your account against unauthorized sharing.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & ANTI-FREEZE SLA

While we maintain 99.9% network availability with redundant gigabit cloud infrastructure, occasional maintenance or upstream broadcast updates may cause brief channel re-synchronization. We deploy automatic channel failovers to maintain consistent uptime.

5. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
